Position offered is a Customer Success Specialist which serves a crucial role in delivering Joy to customers through timely, accurate and professional interactions. This vital position requires an action-orientated, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in creating the best ordering experience and correcting post-sale problems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated; thinks like an entrepreneur, constantly innovating and driving positive change, but more importantly, consistently deliver mind-boggling results.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to be empowered to interact directly with clients. Your responsibilities will focus on finding the best solution for each customer facing situation. You will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions. Work tools will include state of the art technology with knowledge base support, text, email, chat, co-browsing, phone and social channel capabilities. Your actions will drive customer satisfaction by providing creative solutions in the shopping experience.
2 Shifts Available:
12:00pm-8:30pm Tuesday - Saturday
2:00pm-12:30am Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
What you'll be doing on a day to day basis:
Seamlessly navigate between multiple client interactions and internal systems, while working toward clearly defined sales and quality goals
Provide personalized and compassionate support that aligns with our company brand and voice, directly impacting our client retention
Strive to resolve client queries with \"first call resolution\" focus
Complete customer registrations, update customer data and optimize sales by leveraging up sell and cross sell techniques
Perform other duties as assigned by manager in support of the company operation
How you'll qualify for this role:
Ability to use a desktop computer system
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Excellent typing skills (min 40 wpm)
Demonstrable understanding of the Internet, Company website, and competitor websites
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with both internal and external customers.
Good comprehension skills-- ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
Good composition skills-- ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
Problem Solving Skills:
Effective problem solving skills
Ability to approach problems logically
Ability to demonstrate learning and decision making skills
Required Work Experience
* 2+ years of sales/experience required
* Customer Retention & Up-sell skills required
* Up-sell & Cross sales skills required
* 2+ years of customer service experience required
Ability to influence and persuade others
Positive and energetic attitude
Must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Resourceful and Autonomous demeanor
