401(k) Project Manager NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES ORG Operational Excellence AXA US Nov 03, 2019Post Date APPLY FOR JOBShare this Job Summary: The 401(k) Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the Head of Key Accounts creating and maintaining the project plan on the strategy around key partnership and identifying new avenues for growth opportunities. The overall group's responsibilities will range anywhere from managing asset-liability exposure to promoting and marketing the product. The environment will lend itself to those that are independent thinkers, hard workers, and those that have an entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities include: Develop large scale detailed project plan for the strategy in tangent with Head of Key Accounts and the Junior Key Accounts Manager Leads effort to determine analytical needs for project or work stream; gather data; identify most appropriate tools and resources; perform analysis; generate actionable recommendations Provide implementation strategy and develop a detailed communication plan Track process on the plan and report status updates to Head of Key Accounts Provides and compiles monthly/quarterly reports and presentations for Senior Leadership meetings on status updates of plans and other business objectives (MBR, QBR, leadership meetings, etc.) Create a database to track all conferences and assist with any coordination required Provide support with partnering with other members from Group Retirement to develop and drive strategy forward including RFP, Product and Operations reporting on updates in Quarterly meetings Provide support with ad hoc requests QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements include: Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a high-performance, fast-paced, high-pressure environment Adept at multi-tasking, have unquestionable integrity, with an uncompromising commitment to quality and superb attention to detail Strong project Management experience Well-developed financial and analytical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must Entrepreneurial mind-set Ability to work independently to diagnose issues and problems Basic knowledge of the insurance industry Advanced in MS Office Suite ABOUT AXA EQUITABLE: We have been providing stability and reliability to our clients since 1859 to help them live their lives with confidence, to give them peace of mind, and enable them to realize their dreams for their loved ones and their legacy.
