**Job Description:** Position Summary The Program Management Office within Sales Technology organization of Sales, Research & Capital Markets Technology is looking for a Senior Program Manager to plan, organize and manage execution of portfolio of changes for Equities & Fixed Income Sales users. The candidate will be a core member of the Sales Technology team that is responsible for the development and support of various applications with a client analytics focus including Client Relationship Management, Performance & Consumption Data Warehouse platform, Business Intelligence Reporting and Sales Client Analytics platform used by over 2,000 Global Markets Sales and Research users globally. Projects may include consolidation of disparate regional reporting systems, replacement of declining data warehouse technology, optimization of batch processing strategies, self-service business intelligence etc. The candidate will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and improvement within a talented team. Primary responsibilities will include: Organize the planning, analysis, project development and implementation of multiple initiatives and enhancements, both small and large sizes that have significant impact on a line of business or a support function. Serve as the primary point of contact and guide project stakeholders, implementation leads and project team toward achievement of project deliverable. Ownership of project related artifacts - charter, timelines, deliverables, work breakdown structure, risk analysis, resource plans etc. Monitor and review the progress of application development and production enhancements and preparation of progress and activity dashboards. Work closely with business & technology stakeholders on capacity planning & forecasting. Maintain strategic view of project dependencies, relationships, and overlap - analyze and review new business requirement demands into related projects. Establish project process improvements to enable progress in a predictable pattern with unambiguous improvement. Apply conflict management skills and influencing strategy to respond to changing business needs and high-priority tactical demands. Lead collaboration on cross-functional initiatives - facilitating effectively and mobilizing right people across teams/business units. Work closely with the Business Stakeholders, Management Team, Development Teams, Infrastructure Management and support partners across SRCM. Key Selection Criteria Possess 5+ years of Project Management experience within the financial services industry. Experience in financial transaction processing, Sales performance reporting, CRM, MiFID, MAD/MAR regulations & business intelligence tools would be a big plus. Demonstrate strong history of managing execution on large and complex projects in a global environment. Function effectively in cross-functional teams to ensure that critical work is owned and completed in a timely manner. Exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills. Candidate must be able to put people at ease when necessary and instill a high degree of trust quickly and genuinely. Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. A bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science or related field from a reputable university are highly desirable.
