Responsibilities include ensuring all systems, applications, data feeds and other misc items are monitored and are generating alerts. There are also day-to-day items which include responsibility to ensure compliance, proper change management for all AWS changes among other items. Role We are currently looking for an experienced candidate who can manage work with multiple teams (TechOps, Dev etc) that adhere to the team's mission. Daily duties will also include working on tickets, helping team members and being on-call. What will you do? Operational Support of the IT team and the entire Infrastructure Monitoring of all alert systems and providing Level 1, Level 2 triage and support Will include the enhancement and building of current andor new systems Providing 1st level triage and support for tech related requests We are looking for someone with Previous experience with monitoring Production systems and processes Experience troubleshooting simple and complex issues - this is not a support job per se, responding to use tickets but rather system tickets. Worked previously in a team setting Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with technical, business, and management staff Passion for delivering outstanding customer experience Experience developing automated solutions for manual processes using available tools andor scripts Preferable experience working with andor configuring any or all of the following AWS, New Relic, Sumo and OpsGenie
