You're excited about solving problems at scale, and want to join an organization that's fast-paced, growing, and puts design and people at the heart of its work. **Your day to day** Collaborate with business stakeholders, clearly understand their needs and communicate the team's roadmap Develop a product roadmap serving thousands of real estate professionals and customers globally Identify the MVP for products to ensure customer feedback is collected as early as possible and integrated in subsequent versions Team up with product designers to translate concepts and requirements into an end-to-end user experience, choosing the appropriate medium and fidelity for effective communication Work closely with engineers to execute your roadmap and deliver solutions to market Regularly interview customers and distill actionable insights Use quantitative and qualitative data to help product teams make informed decisions Reflect on and offer changes to team processes so we can continue to be the best product innovation group we can be Here's what you have (required skills) 2+ years as a product manager for SaaS products Lived-in knowledge of modern SaaS technology stacks Effortless communication/presentation skills, natural collaborator **Education & Qualifications** Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically has 7-10 years of relevant work experience. An appreciation of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and a willingness to adapt and customize them as needed An appetite for learning new technology and industry ecosystems quickly, broadly, and deeply **Bonus** Experience/interest in real estate and "proptech" Experience with data visualization, specifically with geospatial data Engineering/computer science background Curiosity about how commercial real estate decisions impact global businesses, specifically around supply chain optimization, logistics, and e-commerce Why CBRE Build?
