Dewberry's Construction Services Office is seeking Construction/Project Manager with a experience working specifically for PANYNJ and other NYC public agencies. Excellent communications and client relations skills with are a must with the ability to manage a large staff of field personnel and work as a team player. + Review preliminary construction staging and phasing prepared for multiple developments/projects envisioned under the JFK Redevelopment Program. + Develop a comprehensive construction staging document which integrates and incorporates all construction phases/projects envisioned under the JFK Redevelopment Program. Using the comprehensive document, identify the most critical construction phase(s), and recommend changes, as appropriate, to optimize the overall Program construction staging and phasing. + Provide constructability expertise analysis of conceptual designs of multiple developments/projects envisioned under the JFK Redevelopment Program. + Assess conceptual designs with regard to practical methods of construction. This analysis may include a qualitative and quantitative analysis, identification of contractor access routes, staging areas and office sites as well as requirements for maintaining vehicular and pedestrian access. + Provide input into conceptual design options/alternatives on how to maintain facility operations and minimize patron inconveniences. + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and/or Engineering. + Demonstrated knowledge in general project management procedures, Auto CAD, Microsoft Project, OSHA. + Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. + Demonstrated ability to be successful in the planning, development, and implementation of projects. + Project management experience in managing concurrent multi-discipline projects, with the ability to recommend problem resolution where appropriate. + Superior oral, written and presentation skills. + Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with senior management. + Demonstrated prior experience in reviewing and providing constructability analysis of construction phasing for large scale programs. + 10+ years' experience + NY PE License preferred + Clean driving record required *At this time, Dewberry will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization. *Dewberry is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action Employer.
