    Technical Operations Lead

    Location: Buffalo, NY

    Full time hire role

    Must have over 10+ years of relevant experience managing IT Infrastructure Operations Team

  • Need to have Healthcare domain knowledge.
  • Experience in Infrastructure domain
  • Windows Server infrastructure administration
  • Linux Server Administration
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and Tools
  • Experience with Batch Job Monitoring, scheduling tools specifically Tidal
  • Knowledge on EDI ( Ecommerce) processes
  • Expert in ITIL Process and Security processes and standards.
  • Experiences on User account management
  • Understand and Manage Windows Active Directory Management
  • File Transfer Mgmt. - FTP/SFTP/SNG/SFG
  • Understanding on PGP and other encryption processes
  • Tidal scheduling
  • Basic Java and web based tools using experience
  • Experience on Ticketing tools like Service Now, Siebal etc..
  • Below additional required:

  • Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Must be able to work independently and Manage customer expectations
  • Excellent at Managing customer escalations and be thorough in tracking, monitoring and closure of the same as per customer expectations
  • Must have experience to manage delivery & working with Offshore teams based out of India
  • Technical Coordination with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of services
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage service levels and KPIs and report them weekly/monthly. Do everything required to meet and exceed the service levels
  • Ensure professional communication etiquettes are met all the times with internal and external stakeholders
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project service area / processes specific SOPs/ procedural manual / documentation
  • Delegate services related specific tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document as needs
  • Proven working experience in project lead capacity and must have played onsite technical coordinator role
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Project Manager top skills & proficiency: Coaching Supervision Process Improvement Planning for work /tasks
  • Operations Management & Continuous Improvement focus
  • Automation focus and experience using any automation tools
