Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started. **Summary:** Facebook is seeking a highly strategic, quantitative, process and detail-oriented Program Manager to join Facebook's Business Planning & Operations team with a focus on supporting global strategic and operational projects. The mission of the Business Planning & Operations group is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales organization - through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. We also identify and drive critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth.The role will be part of the central team that concentrates on centralizing and optimizing processes, strategic planning, and policies to scale across the GMS organization while also driving large scale strategic programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Facebook, interested in advertising, a strong project manager, a strategic thinker, highly analytical, an excellent problem solver, a fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity and able to focus on the details while thinking strategically. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical acumen, and experience managing cross-functional workstreams and stakeholders. **Required Skills:** 1. Collaborate with team to support and drive strategic programs effectively within GMS and with other cross-functional teams across the company globally including Finance, Data Management, Product, Engineering, Customer Insights 2. Act as a PMO supporting a variety of ongoing efforts and workstreams 3. Prepare detailed analysis, decks, plans, milestones, deliverables and overall status updates and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope 4. Develop strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels 5. Proactively manage risk, anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate mitigations and working proactively to resolve critical issues 6. Understand the needs of our sales organization and represent them in cross-functional environments 7. Support and work on a wide variety of projects simultaneously, understanding that done is better than perfect to maximize impact 8. Help drive operational excellence in the GMS organization by identifying opportunities for operational improvements based on review of current processes through documentation of process and data flows 9. Make informed recommendations based on experience and understanding of information flow strategies and best practices when working with data 10. Project manage improvements to business processes to drive higher efficiencies using a data-driven approach 11. Drive Global Finance efforts for selling, billing and payments across all sales products **Minimum Qualifications:** 12. BA/BS in an analytical field (e.g. Business, Computer Science or related field) 13. 8+ years of work experience in Strategy/Consulting, Sales Finance, Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or 6+ years experience with MBA/Master's degree 14. Project management experience, and experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment 15. Portfolio Management experience including balancing a portfolio of projects across key dimensions 16. Experience with end-to-end project management and implementation 17. Demonstrated problem-solving with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets 18. Proven stakeholder management experience - including managing multiple partners simultaneously 19. Excel and PPT experience 20. Demonstrated experience presenting technical content to audiences **Preferred Qualifications:** 21. MBA or graduate degree in an analytical field 22. PMP/Project Management Certification 23. Prior experience with online advertising 24. Experience extracting data from large/complex databases 25. SQL and Tableau experience 26. Experience working with or in support of diverse communities 27.
