Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started. **Summary:** We are looking for a Workplace Technology Project Manager to join the FCS (Facility, Culinary and Security) Operations team to drive project execution, process improvement, and change management. This person will help facilitate the collaboration with all FCS teams and partners, leverage technology to improve operation efficiency, use data insights to optimize utilization of our space and assets. We are looking for someone with the industry expertise who can thrive managing multiple technology projects in a very fast-paced environment.The position can be located in Menlo Park, New York, or Seattle. **Required Skills:** 1. Translate business needs to technical requirements. Manage multiple concurrent projects and/or projects with multiple work streams that require cross-functional stakeholders' engagements. 2. Support and coordinate strategic initiatives across the organization. Lead and manage large-scale projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization, and user adoption. 3. Keep track of project progress by managing project scope and timeline, informing people of next steps and responsibilities, setting up meeting agenda, and circulating meeting notes. 4. Ensure project sponsors and stakeholders are regularly engaged for input/consultation communicating any emerging risks and corresponding mitigation plans. Provide transparent and timely reporting to all stakeholders. 5. Establish success metrics for projects and ensure project performance is tracked and measured. Clearly articulate project impact for prioritization. Prepare resources for on-time delivery. 6. Manage periodic updates to process documentation such as point of contacts, process steps, workflows, and system access. Proactively improve existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining, and program delivery. 7. Develop building technology initiatives for workplace intelligence, connectivity and automation. Evaluate vendor products to ensure compliance with FB network security and privacy standards. Collaborate with partners for technical review on both existing building infrastructure and new deployment. 8. Help build and refine communication strategy to drive cross functional collaboration and innovation. Advocate data-driven approach across the organization. **Minimum Qualifications:** 9. Bachelor's degree. 10. 5+ years of project management experience in corporate environment. 11. Successful track record working with cross-functional teams across various levels of the organization. 12. Working knowledge of commercial building control, IT infrastructure, system operation requirements and facility assets digitization. 13. Knowledge about assets digitization. Effective communication, highly organized and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** 14. Experience in real estate consulting, construction, facilities operation, workplace strategy implementation. 15. Knowledge of the latest building technology and infrastructure. 16. Understanding of building technology convergence and system integration for IT and parallel OT network Infrastructure design. 17. Familiar with Building Analytical Software platforms, rules, formulas, dashboards to identify anomalies and energy conservation measures for specifying and designing commercial and industrial facilities. 18. Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). 19.
