Overview FUJIFILM North America Corporation is a marketing subsidiary of FUJIFILM Corporation in Tokyo, Japan that provides equipment, consumables and technical support to the graphic arts industry; digital photo processing equipment, technical support and fulfillment services for commercial and consumer customers; consumer digital cameras, and motion picture films. The Assistant Product Manager will report to the Senior Product Manager and be responsible for helping manage the creative photo specialty solutions business as it pertains to in-store retail photo labs. The Assistant Product Manager will have strong business acumen, while understanding how to effectively collaborate with sales, supply chain, suppliers, customer service teams and other critical business teams. External US Responsibilities: Input new product item numbers into SAP as required and ensure accuracy Take the lead on monthly product forecasting plans working with Supply Chain Management Assist Senior Product Manager in creating proformas to assess the profitability of potential new products Participate in vendor meetings and maintain processes per vendor requirements Run monthly sales reports and process manufacturer rebates on a monthly cadence Assist field sales teams as required and work with customer service teams to resolve issues Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure optimal levels of inventory while factoring in seasonality Work with Software Development team by providing necessary information needed to launch new in-store products Maintain strong expertise in SAP and all necessary functionalities Coordinate designated tradeshows including equipment needs and logistics Coordinate commercial invoices with compliance department for international exports relating to trade shows Review collateral literature requirements with product management Coordinate sample creation and distribution and video production for training materials Use and continually develop leadership skills Perform other related duties as assigned Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Qualifications: BS/BA in technical field or business Candidate must have minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in product management Candidate is expected to possess excellent skills in business, marketing and sales Proficient in Microsoft Excel and complex functionalities (pivot tables, etc.) Must have experience in product launches Must work well with minimal guidance and direction Candidate must have strong analytical skills Candidate must have strong communication skills as this is a cross-functional role Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Team player, able to quickly develop internal relationships Excellent communications and presentation skills CORE Competencies: Communicating Effectively Focusing on Customers Adapting to Change Building Positive Working Relationships Initiating Improvements Taking Ownership Job Specific Competencies: Technical General Technical Understanding of Computers and Networks Non-Technical Time Management P&L Management Presentation Skills To all agencies: Please, no phone calls or emails to any employee of FUJIFILM about this requisition.
