ServiceNow Project Manager Quincy, MA 8 Months Exp: 10+ yrs Role: The program requires the continued build out and support of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to help establish it as Book of Record for Application, Infrastructure and Asset Inventory. Given the increased focus on maintaining Application and Infrastructure Resiliency, particularly for crown jewel applications, as well as the focus on Continuous Improvement and enhanced Problem Management. It is critical to establish a single source of truth for identifying, tracking and monitoring all configuration items within the customer Environment. This effort will improve resiliency of crown jewel applications and ensure that the root causes of incidents are being appropriately identified, investigated and tied to the right sources Skills: The client is looking for a Project Manager that has experience implementing ServiceNow in large organizations Experience with the ITSM module implementation (CMDB Configuration Management Database) Delivery experience with the ServiceNow platform for 12-18 + months (and/or similar ITSM toolsets for 3+ years) Has proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects. Must have solid understanding and experience in agile delivery methodology. Experience in delivery and working with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics and key performance indicators.
