The Program Director role will be accountable for the delivery of a multi-site construction program for our corporate client. The role's success will hinge upon the candidate's ability to balance implementing a shared strategic vision for the program while building credibility in JLL's consistent project delivery across the client's portfolio. Experience and success in standing up complex programs, change management principles, project management processes and tool development are a must. The selected candidate will partner with other JLL service line leaders, Center of Excellence teams and our client to achieve the program's goals.. KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES. Relationship Management. Accountable for project management's (PDS) client relationship of the delivery of Space Modernization projects through a \"Trusted Advisor\" model approach.. Serve as key strategic partner within our client's Space Modernization Program by acting as subject matter expert in project delivery for the account's Portfolio Services (IPS) leadership.. Coach, support and guide our client in the area of design guideline management for the Program through feedback loops with regional project management (PDS) teams and design & construction partners.. Develop and maintain positive working relationship between other Service Line Leaders, Center of Excellence team, Team Leads and Project Managers.. Leadership. Plays a lead role in developing and executing an integrated strategy for regional execution of Space Modernization projects to support success of the program's overall strategy in partnership with the client and other JLL service lines.. Provide credible and expert level consultancy to our client in the delivery of space optimization, space densification, co-working interiors projects.. Monitor, mitigate and escalate program risks to the account's regional, project management (PDS) and Program leadership.. Support, coach and develop direct report(s) with a focus on JLL's core culture of collaboration to Achieve Ambitions.. Travel as required within our client's national footprint in support of successful Program delivery. Program Management. Accountable to the design and delivery of program governance controls. Including but not limited to project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets, strategy and detailed assumptions with methodology for accomplishing and/or managing goals and objectives required for the delivery of program.. Develop program/project governance deliverables (templates) and processes to provide consistency across multiple projects and regions within the client portfolio.. Accountable to creation and delivery of a strategic approach and routines for the day-to-day delivery of the overall program to ensure metrics and milestones of the program are being exceeded.. Drive quality reporting through critical review of project status information to ensure issues, risks and dependencies between work streams are identified and managed.. Provide regular Executive-Level dashboard and/or presentation reporting on program delivery performance to client, regional, project management (PDS) and Program leadership.. Create the Program's training strategy for JLL project team members and our vendors in the skills and understanding of methodology and practices expected for a successful project implementation.. Build and maintain effective communication routines with stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team members.. Manage vendor and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, all regulating entities and client expectations.. Experience & Education. Demonstrated C-Suite client relationship management and advisory skills with the ability to adjust communication cadence and style to align with Client Leadership team (written and verbal).. Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis and solution development.. Extensive professional experience working for within a multi-regional environment with teammates & leaders distributed across the country.. Repeatable and demonstrated success within project management; leading multiple teams / initiatives to deliver results.. Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant change initiatives from project start to finish.. Demonstrated success of managing change through structured methodologies (agile, Lean, SixSigma, etc...). Certified program/project manager (PMP or PgMP) preferred. Professional Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Real Estate Development/Finance/Construction Management. Minimum 15 years of experience in related areas. We're a Fortune 500 company.
