Kforce client is seeking a Project Manager - Data in New York, NY.Summary:This role will be responsible for assisting the product build for the shopping cart experience for all departments. The Project Manager will help shape the cart and cross-sell vision, strategy and ensure engineering, product, design, analytics, and other partners are executing effectively using data. This product is a key initiative in the client's transformation. The cart will be used by all channels, agents and consumers ordering directly on digital. This is a huge effort that will require bridging the backend infrastructure, front-end interface, design, legal, security, marketing, labor, billing, fulfillment, and finances between the businesses to provide customers and agents with a seamless and simple ordering experience. Duties will include, but are not limited to:* Manage end-to-end product releases including sprint planning, user stories development, cross-product dependencies, test case review, UAT, and defect logging* Develop the roadmap and tactics to help drive and optimize cart experience and conversion across mobile, desktop, POS and face to face sales channels* Evaluate new feature enhancement requests based on customer feedback, market demand and ROI, and cart data* Manage relationships with partners, key stakeholders, IT, and executive team* Seek, analyze, apply and advocate based on consumer insights (user data, usability, analytics and requirements, etc.) to inform and shape experience* Work with marketing communications, learning and development, channel readiness, and go-to-market teams to assist with training materials and marketing to ensure awareness and usage of the product 100% of the time* BS/BA or higher degree in a Technology or Business related field* 4-10 years of experience* Experience working with Agile development methodologies and A|B testing best practices* Data quality, SLAs, customer engagement* Data assets, data governance, storage and sharing* Deeply understand the needs of data for Cart experiences* Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipDesired Skills:* At least 2-3 years of experience in either product, data-science, strategy, engineering or business* The ideal candidate is a passionate product leader, who is both detail oriented and customer oriented* Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment* Fundamental understanding of technical engineering concepts* Ability to analyze and translate data into business and consumer insights* Experience drafting user stories and requirements* Comfortable with ambiguity; Structures, clarifies, and breaks-down problems* Proven experience to concurrently lead multiple strategic and tactical initiatives* Data architecture* Data warehouse, data stores, aggregations, data architecture, data integrationsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
