Kforce has a client in search of a Communication Manager in Corona, CA. Summary: This is a change strategist role that will develop and execute complete change strategy, including communications, learning plans, resistance management, manager coaching and sponsorship plans, to support the company's transition to Device Modern Management.

Job Requirements:


  • The candidate must possess knowledge of the fundamentals of change management, employee communications and adult learning
  • Able to articulate the organizational transformation while working closely with key stakeholders
  • Must possess excellent communications skills, have an enthusiasm for technologies that enhance employee productivity, and be a quick learner
