• As a Manufacturing Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Plan, schedule, organize and estimate production operations
• Develop Control by Maintaining and encouraging formal and informal feedback to measure daily progress.
• Use of CAD/CAM software and advanced machine shop mathematics
• Generate CNC programs for assigned product lines using CAD/CAM software and/or manual programming methods. Macro programming will be required in some instances.
• Create, update and maintain manufacturing documents and information
• Initiate improvements in CNC programming techniques to improve processing and/or part quality.
• Supports Manufacturing (i.e. Milling, Turning, Drilling, Polishing, Debur, Cleaning etc.) in the areas of process development, tool design, machinery & equipment acquisition and layout of operations.
• Maintain production goals through attention to the machining process from start to finish.
• Lead by example
• Setup machines for production, and manage a team of self-sufficient machinists to achieve production goals
• Responsible for quality control of all manufactured parts within the cell.

• A At least five (5) years strong CNC programming, statistical methods, and CAD programs.
• At least three (3) years CNC machining experience working several machines simultaneously, specifically Mazak 5 Axis Milling
• At least three (3) years managing teams
• Experience in mentoring and coaching Machinist
