THE ROLE Project Manager shall be responsible for to delivering a wide variety of project(s) that span across one or more business units. Project Manager shall coordinate and oversee all resources, schedules, financials, and other pertinent tasks throughout the full project life cycle. This shall also include the assessment and analysis of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure a successful and on-time project delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES + Create and manage project plans by defining project schedules, allocating resources and monitoring progress. + Align project objectives with company goals, and make certain the project team is advised and informed on all objectives. + Take the primary lead on the process of issue identification and resolution. + Manage risk tracking and assessment. + Manage the completion and communication of all documentation. + Work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently. + Foster partnership with customers, stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, clients, etc. + Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities. + Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence. + Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources. + Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership. + Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel and/or departments. + Manage vendor relationships and vendor resources to ensure project success and completion. + Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables. + Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences as needed. + Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards. + Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline. + Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices. + Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques. QUALIFICATIONS + Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective. + Ability to work efficiently and multitask in an unstructured environment with frequent interruptions and demanding deadlines. + Experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall. + Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration. + Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills. + Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands. + Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget. + Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance. + Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff. + Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. + Experience reviewing legal contracts from a both a technical and business perspective. + Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Projects. + Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience + 3+ years of project management experience. + 1+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation. + 3+ years of experience with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle. + Good communications skills, with clients, team and stakeholders. + Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, analyzing risks, making informed decisions, and identifying priorities.
