As Technical Product Manager you will demonstrate a strong understanding of business' needs, challenges and obstacles, and one by one you will work at solving these. You will focus energies on process optimization, operational efficiency, client retention and gain competitive advantage through the use of new and existing technology platforms. You will develop a granular understanding of client expectations, industry practices, internal processes to recommend and lead product innovation with the objective of gaining a long term edge. You will be working closely with the CTO and CEO in formulating product strategy and long-term vision to set up a strong foundation for LYNK's growth. You will also form close relationships with LYNK's Client Solutions team to understand the difficulties and obstacles they face in performing at the highest level. When possible, you will be expected to gather competitive intelligence and first-hand client expectations to build a future-proof back-end and front-end systems for all of LYNK's stakeholders. As Technical Product Manager, your responsibilities will include defining the product vision and strategy and working with cross-functional teams to execute on that vision. As part of your job, you will come up with creative product ideas, clearly articulate use cases that will be solved with those ideas, and deliver product launches in an iterative environment. What You'll Do: + Define and articulate product vision, strategy and roadmap + Assimilate info, trends, and stats of market based on analytics and reports + Work closely with internal teams to strategize, plan, and build products + Represent the voice of the customer by being passionate to building and improving the user experience + Write specifications, use cases, requirements, and workflows to facilitate communication throughout the development and release process + Conduct usability testing and interviews with customers to determine issues, test product ideas and receive valuable feedback + Work closely with the design team to develop auxiliary materials, like videos and other content, to support product development and marketing efforts + Participate in client-facing meeting to present projects and to collaborate to define launch schedules and KPIs Requirements What Expertise You'll Add To The Team: + Passion in knowledge sharing + 5-7 years of experience in product management (start-up and/or tech experience is highly preferred) + Demonstrated track record of success across wide spectrum of product development projects and for a product and/or program launches + Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment + Outstanding follow-through, self-starting attitude, time management, and project management skills to deliver results + Strong technical and analytical skills + Aptitude for positioning products in the market to sustain competitive advantage + Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills + Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously + Fluent in English, spoken and written Bonus Attributes: + Strong passion for business and enthusiastic about taking part in shaping LYNK's growth + Eager to play a critical role in the success of a fast growing startup + Track record of excelling in small teams + Team players who thrive in uncertainty and like to "make things happen"!
