Our client is one of the largest manufacturing and distribution companies in the world with over 100 locations and nearly 100 years of operation. This public traded company has progressively grown year after year and is constantly evolving. They recently raised their IT budget and are looking to hire on a wide range of resources. They are currently seeking a Change Management Consultant to join their Chicago office for a long term engagement and they are looking to get someone started immediately. The Change Manager Will: -Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities -Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. -Support communication efforts -Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications. -Assess the change impact -Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. -Support training efforts -Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. -Complete change management assessments -Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics -Identify and manage anticipated resistance -Consult and coach project teams -Manage stakeholders -Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress -Manage the change portfolio Skills and Qualifications: -MUST HAVE a Change Analyst experience -MUST HAVE ServiceNow experience -MUST HAVE SOX Compliance experience -Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools -Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle -Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts - provided by Dice
