**Summary:** Our New York office is looking for a high-energy individual to join us as a Senior Project Manager & Business Analyst in the Client Data Strategy team. The team is responsible to provide strategic client data oversight for global client coverage organizations and is leading the charge for development and realization of a multi-year roadmap to deliver on the client data value chain, including data architecture, governance, acquisition, quality management processes, business intelligence, and advanced analytics. The role requires a close partnership with other functions within the organization including CRM, IT, Finance and Marketing Teams. **Responsibilities:** + Effectively interact with Business Management, Client Coverage and CRM & Sales Enablement teams to understand the business needs. + Lead projects to implement a client centric data architecture and execution of integrating data across multiple sources and formats for client 360 view. + Create business requirements documents, as well as other supporting artifacts such as business workflows & report mock-ups. + Document Project scope and obtain sponsor approvals. Manage project tasks, timeline, risks and issues. + Work in close partnership with IT to ensure that project outcome meets business needs. + Ensure all requirements align with enterprise data management standards. + Help with evaluation of new data sources, and subsequent acquisition & delivery of that data. + Apply _"scientific approach"_ in performing analysis of large volumes of data to answer key business questions. + Deliver business metrics and insights through reports, presentations & interactive dashboards to drive sales strategy. + Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Analytics or related field of study. + 8+ years' hands-on experience in managing data and analytics projects within Financial Services / Asset Management. + Strong analytical, project management and technical skills; must be proficient in SQL, Alteryx and Tableau or comparable tools; experience with Python, R and Salesforce.com (or another CRM product) preferred. + Ability to breakdown complex business problems into meaningful components that are understandable by various levels within the firms. + Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to explain technical ideas to business users. + Attention to detail and business acumen essential. + Team player with strong work ethic and focus on meeting deadlines & objectives. + Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking. + Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. _Neuberger Berman is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
