To learn more, please visit LinkedIn at , our Newsroom at and the Careers at page of www.NewYorkLife.com at . **Job Description** The Program/Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various information/cyber security initiatives across the New York Life enterprise as they work with Technology, Business, Finance, HR, Compliance, Agency, Service, Audit and Risk Management to build capabilities and comply with regulations. A dedicated Program/Project Manager is required as part of the Integrated Office to facilitate, assess, track and status report on multi-year project related activities. This individual is expected to leverage their extensive project management experience and information/cyber security knowledge (not must have) to ensure projects are well defined, scoped, planned, resourced, budgeted, tracked and progressing towards completion. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, detailed, quick to adjust/pivot, have a risk perspective and strive for accountability and transparency. **Responsibilities** + Ensure ongoing project activities are aligned to the strategy and objectives of the information/cyber security framework and goals + Assess completeness, accuracy and timeframes of project plans to meet strategic goals and regulatory requirements + Provide strategic insights and views across multiply projects to assess dependencies and requirements + Develop and enhance management reporting and metrics to ensure key status, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, etc., are highlighted, escalated and tracked + Identify, track and manage financials around funding asks, budgets, actuals, forecasts and reasons for variances + Coordinate and drive program level workshops to assess status, risks, issues, and alignment to strategies and regulations + Manage meetings from scheduling, capturing minutes to sending communications + Validate work products and ensure proper documentations are captured, tracked and stored securely + Ensure projects are effectively working towards complying with regulatory requirements and deadlines + Identify, track and escalate key risks, issues, dependencies and action plans to management and stakeholders + Ensure project results are sustainable and repeatable to ensure security practices are maintained, risks minimized, and compliance levels achieved **Qualifications** + Strong Program/Project Management experience of at least 8 years + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Systems, Business Management, or related field + Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills + Strong knowledge and experience with Project Management methodologies/techniques from RAG Status to RAID Logs + Ability to navigate, influence and build strong partnerships across functions, roles and level + Broad risk management and/or consulting experience + Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio and SharePoint + Nice to have relevant information security or cybersecurity certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA) + Nice to have knowledge of key industry control frameworks (e.g., NIST Cyber Security Framework, COSO, COBIT, ISO 27000) + Nice to have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification \#LI-MD1 EOE M/F/D/V If you have difficulty using or interacting with any portions of this Web site due to incompatibility with an Assistive Technology, if you need the information in an alternative format, or if you have suggestions on how we can make this site more accessible, please contact us at: (212) ###-####.
