Program Coordinator
Job Title: Employee Program Events Coordinator
Job Location: New York
Job Type: Contract on W2 with Randstad
Duration: 6 months

A leading technology company that provides cloud based solutions for clinical trials and research in the life sciences industry . Teh company is headquarted in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global events from start to finish including purchase orders, vendor management, local stakeholder management.
- Ensure that all events are adhering to local traditions and cultures.
-Create a system to capture logistics and events for the engagement councils to streamline processes.
- Manage each event and communicate with stakeholders throughout the process.
- Draft and deploy internal email communications for events.
- Maintain and update event details on the company intranet and various event calendars.
- End to end communication for each event from calendar invites
- Create pre-made posters and graphics for each event to encourage more sign ups.
- Order catering, update all channels of communication, ensure that the teams receive all necessary tools for the event beforehand.
- Participate in the engagement council meetings to ensure you know what events are coming down the pipeline.
- Schedule council meetings and help the CSR Practitioner with logistics.
- Help analyze our impact and the return on investment for events.
- Manage inputting events into Cyber Grants our volunteer portal.
- Work with workplace solutions to ensure that rooms are set up accordingly.
- Work with finance on payments and vendor set ups.
- Create incentives on our internal award systems for event participants.
- Create a global calendar with all events updated.
- Manage logistics for global training courses and learning weeks.
- Input learning courses into the internal system.
- Help facilitate and assist with internal and external training courses.
- Run training reports as needed.
- Maintain and cleanup course and systems.
- Be an active and contributing member in the team meetings and assist with event planning across the department.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
