**Description** As a business leader, seamlessly acts as project champion and takes ownership to deliver projects and influence project teams to achieve results. Work closely with all change management initiators including Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal and Planning and well as other cross-functional partners globally. Leads the executional elements of cross functional projects/teams in a matrix environment and thru the EPD process. First to align with the change management initiator on the following elements: scope of change, definition and reason for change, timing for change and identify the stakeholders impacted and to include in the project team; then to gain alignment on the project planning and priorities, resource and risk mitigation. Guides the project team activities to meet project and business objectives, and approval of project recommendations through stage gate decision forums as part of Revlon's EPD change management process. Deliver EPD programs via EPD change management process. Independently lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. This is a hands-on project management role; expected to develop, track and manage detailed project (and product) level timelines and critical path schedules. Develop, manage up-to-date timelines inclusive of the critical milestones, key interdependencies and resource constraints, applying appropriate project scheduling techniques. Monitor project status and execution; develop agendas, minutes, metrics, etc. for the teams. Ensures maintenance of Project Templates, Project Dashboards and Updated Forms as defined for the project. Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders; with direction and guidance, lead development and delivery of tactical and achievable mitigation and contingency planning. Lead teams in use of ongoing risk management & communication tools, deliver transparent, timely and effective verbal and written communication to stakeholders and appropriate levels of the organization. Engages each X functional team involved in the project to identify and proactively provide the risks for the business and escalate for decisions. Drive team accountability for deliverables and ensure projects meet milestones. Lead "lessons learned" exercises, share lessons among project leaders and other teams, integrate lessons into existing processes, tools and templates to drive improvement.
