Role Description:
As a User Experience Lead, youll collaborate with a cross functional team of Designers, Industry SMES and Experience Strategists. Youll be responsible for developing tangible human-centric strategy that frames opportunities and builds conviction with internal and external stakeholders. You will be involved in all aspects of a project from user-research through to experience definition, prototype development and C-suite presentations.The ideal candidate must be a curious, empathetic and creative problem solver that can create exceptional user-centered visual strategies while also being an ambassador on the value of design. You have a passion for experimenting with new technologies, articulating key design principles to synthesizing trends, all while getting your hands dirty by sketching, composing and coding solutions.

Required Skills and Experience
+ 5+ Years user experience and/or user interface design, exec communications, design thinking, facilitation and enablement
+ Exemplary communications skills and comfortable pitching to team and C-suite audiences
+ Boundless curiosity for identifying emerging experience trends and enthusiasm for using as a catalyst for change to make experiences more effective, relevant and successful
+ Familiarity with a variety of media to deliver prototypes, including mobile apps, websites, digital/physical controls, AR/VR, and VUI
+ Proficiency with the following tools: Adobe creative suite, Sketch, Figma, Framer, InVision, Marvel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google slides, graphic facilitation
+ A self-starter that has excellent time management skills, is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and can synthesize complex work-streams into a single narrative
+ Highly collaborative, innovative and a creative non-linear thinker - with the execution skills to make it all count
+ Ability to travel to meet customer needs
