The General Business (GB) market segment represents SAP's fastest growth opportunity, particularly in Cloud. To accelerate market share in GB, it is of strategic importance to align all GB Functions towards the key revenue opportunities, using a data driven and coordinated approach.

The process of energizing, engaging and acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers is strategic for the ongoing success of SAP. Our prospective customers are well-informed and highly demanding; they expect a flawless digital experience. As a company we need to map our GB processes to Volume Digital Customer expectations and at the same time we need to understand relevant data patterns to optimize SAP's addressable market in General Business.

The Expert in GB PMO Management is responsible for driving a global practise that sets simple and repeatable global standards for SAP's General Business with a volume & indirect focus, while allowing for local configuration. The ultimate objective is that we enable a superior customer experience and achieve ambitious revenue targets. It all starts with a strong understanding of modern industry best practices followed by an ability to align regional best practices within SAP

The expert can advocate change, drive buy-in and adoption and demonstrates a can-do environment and excellent team work abilities.

**Key responsibilities**

You are part of a core team that implements a Global GB Practice

**Identify and design 'World Class ' Volume Practices & Scale including strategic Initiatives:**

+ Align with expert and process owners in Marketing, Sales, Demand, Operations and SAP Global partner organisation to collaborate on process innovation.

+ Encourage and guide 'program collaborators' to design simple and scalable processes& portfolio motions with a best in class digital customer experience in mind.

+ Motivate colleagues to 'think outside of the box' and apply a design thinking approach, with the objective to get the best out of the contributors to the program.

**Change Management**

+ Support a project management cadence to allow program contributors to keep to highly ambitious timelines

+ Identify 'global common practices' among diverse regional practices and drive to achieve 'common ground' by linking to company objectives and excellent customer experience.

+ Get buy-in and support from Key Stakeholders and Influencers with subject matter expertise, in order to get a widely supported program

+ Structure a strong 'feedback link' in order to ensure ongoing 'iteration' and improvement efforts.

**Drive adoption**

+ Identify highly capable and influential Early Adopters who will serve as local champions for the program

+ Develop a strong communication framework that shows the value of the SME Best practices to the key users and management

+ Drive cultural change by encouraging and rewarding teams across the regions, share success stories ensure ongoing discipline in the adoption of the processes.


+ Ideally a Masters (or equivalent) degree or a track record that demonstrates a strategic approach

+ 6 years relevant experience in SME environment, with a track record of achieving key objectives and innovative mindset.

+ Fluency in English and strong communication skills with international people

+ Advanced understanding of SAP, product portfolio and solutions, organization, customers, partners, markets and competition

+ Strong problem structuring and solving skills - paired with a high level of energy, resilience, intelligence and integrity Excellent communication & presentation skills on all management levels in an international, multi-cultural setting

+ Leadership skills and team player to enable the team to optimise key objectives.

+ Hands-on mentality and self-motivation
