Job SummarySupports the sales function through policy setting and administrative coordination. Develops, implements, communicates and administers sales incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas. Maintains or audits information needed to track revenue. Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system. Analyzes sales performance results, and prepares reports, presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management. Provides clerical/administrative support to a sales office or centralized sales function. Processes data and generates routine reports regarding sales results, sales force earnings, and market conditions. Maintains office records, calendars and travel itineraries. Answers questions about the organization's products and/or services. May assist in customer service functions. Operates a personal computer and appropriate software packages or its equivalent. May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position.* Position will be based in NYNY office
The IOT Sales Assistant position will be an integral part of the sales team assisting with new business growth.
+ Responsible for coordinating staff meetings and events including weekly staff meetings, quarterly strategy sessions, and team/organizational meetings.
+ May own projects involving cross-functional teams focused on finding business solutions.
+ Creates and distributes organization-wide communications and frequently interacts with other executives and their teams.
+ Ensures business issues are brought to closure within the scope of the assignment.

+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ One year experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment
