TEKsystems is looking for a Hybrid Desktop/ Service Desk Analyst for one of our clients in the area. The offer an updated environment, great management, ability to go full time. Advanced experience with software systems and network connections, specifically focused around remote support for a minimum of 100 employees 2. 5 years troubleshooting LAN/WAN and email connectivity (0365, Exchange both applicable) 3. Hybrid Service Desk and Break/fix background to complete both Tier II requests via ticketing system and Tier III issues as needed with in office employees. Provides solutions to helpdesk tickets to ensure customer and internal problems are managed as   expeditiously and effectively as possible. Follows up on helpdesk tickets with customers to ensure that   problems are resolved in a timely and valid manner.     This position consists of both Systems Administrator and Helpdesk functions.   8am - 5pm OR 7am - 4pm shift. Once FTE there will be some weekend work during upgrades.     Receiving around 5-15 calls a day.     Assist with overseeing the day to day Internal and Advantage Hosted computer operations.   Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various Hosted and Internal   systems to include servers, network equipment, and software applications.   Assists with monitoring and maintaining Internal and Hosted servers and supporting equipment.   Assists with monitoring and maintaining Hosted procedures.   Assists with monitoring, planning, and coordinating the distribution of Hosted Citrix client software.   Assists with monitoring and maintaining Internal and Hosted security and anti virus updates etc.       About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
