We are constantly on a mission to add smart, innovative and proactive team members and are looking for a Project Manager, Operations to join our New York based headquarters. The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for actively participating in the timely and profitable execution of individual projects as assigned by Sr. Director of Operations. The ideal candidate is someone who is determined to implement new processes and initiatives in order to offer the highest level of customer satisfaction without sacrificing on time and budget. Responsibilities: + Manage initial launches of new operations projects focused on process improvement, best business practice, cost savings and standardization. + Implement process to accommodate potential ecommerce sales channel + Work with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the fulfillment center to design processes and ensure a great service delivery experience for our customers + Report on operational impact to net margins and find ways to help drive profitability + Develop fulfillment operation KPI suite to report operational performance + Manage and organize sourcing development projects for new fulfillment materials + Support the integration of ERP systems and new operational workflows + Anticipate problems and recommend solutions Requirements: + Bachelor?s degree in Operations, Project Management or related field + 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; fashion/retail experience, a plus + Strong analytical skills, including extensive knowledge of MS Excel + Excellent attention to detail and creative problem solving skills + Self-starter; ability to work independently and communicate clearly Some awesome parts of working at Tommy John: + Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision + Medical covered 100% for employees + Tommy John Employee Discount + Bi-weekly Culture Calendar events + Flexibility + Tons of Snacks + Countless Happy Hours + Great work environment!
