Senior IT Recruiter

Primary Location Cumming, Georgia

V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking a SeniorIT Recruiter based in our Cumming, Georgia office. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. There is no relocation or sponsorship assistance with this position.

Due to growth within our company, we are increasing the size of our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing qualified professionals in Georgia and beyond. Partnering with our Sales team, you will ensure that your candidates have been thoroughly screened, meet the required qualifications, and can add value to the project or engagement from day one. We will provide you the training and tools needed for a successful career in recruiting.


Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor s Degree is preferred, along with any training in social media recruiting
  • Recruiter certifications are desired
  • 5+ years high-volume IT recruiting experience in an agency setting
  • Solid experience creating search strings
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be proficient in the use of social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
  • Must be able to think creatively in order to identify talent
  • Must be adept at Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Should have the ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills are required; this position requires almost 100% phone conversations
  • Strong attention to detail and organization is needed
  • Possess a strong client focus
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude!

    Job Responsibilities

  • Source, interview and qualify candidates
  • Schedule phone and onsite interviews in conjunction with Account Managers
  • Extend offers of employment and coordinate with HR on background checks, paperwork and start dates
  • Identify new business opportunities as appropriate
  • Attend local technical networking events and participate in training opportunities as necessary
  • Speak with candidates after standard or traditional working hours as required
