Job Title: CRM Consultant Location: Orlando, FL Job Duration: Long Term Type Of Hire: Contract Primary Skills: CRM Portal, CRM Troubleshooting, CRM SDK General, Outlook client install/troubleshooting Job Description: The CRM Technical consultant will act as a technical SME and end to end developer for the internal CRM system. The individual should have at least 8 years of experience in Dynamics CRM and will be responsible for development, integration and maintenance of the internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and the ideal candidate will have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM Online entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, plugin and custom workflow development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model and UI development. The candidate must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage and prioritize tasks based on dynamically changing business priorities. The candidate should have deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM development and strong BI skills. Responsibilities: • Leading or participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system • Architecting the CRM system, related customizations and reports to model the business organizational process • Advising business users on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes • Balance business users requests and requirements with technical constraints • Expertise in development of CRM Plug-in's and custom workflows • Expertise in SSIS development • Expertise in integrating Dynamics with other systems using APIs • Installing and maintaining versions of 3rd party products such as Kingswaysoft, Scribe Online • Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows • Developing SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML • Expertise in developing Power BI reports for Dynamics CRM • Effectively utilize SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRMToolbox for administration of CRM system • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Flow • Maintain the Azure resources related to the CRM application • Regularly communicating with the Business Systems Manager on the status of issues and projects • Coordinate with Business Systems Manager to ensure overall business solution is positioned and implemented in line with global architecture and roadmap • Estimating the completion of tasks • Ensuring consistent release management, change management and project approval processes • Support of the application with ability to fix application issues on priority • Should have worked on DocuSign Integration for Dynamics CRM.
