We help them get it right! **Responsibilities:** + Provide product leadership, vision, governance and direction for our platforms and their underlying technologies supporting commercial and mortgage lending/origination/servicing) + Serve as the conduit between user needs, technical capabilities and engineering requirements. Develop these into roadmaps and requirements + Collaborate and work closely with internal partners from software engineering, UX/UI and data teams, fostering relationships with coworkers across the company to understand their business needs and how they translate to platform, platform technologies and platform integration/workflow + Own the Agile process as a product owner including: developing high level business requirements for epics, creating user stories, and managing Product backlog (JIRA) + Measure and report on the value provided by Platform Product offerings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on product priority + Stay current with industry trends and recommends relevant technologies & products in the areas of Cloud, Digitization, Data and Analytical tools, Visualizations, AI & ML and other emerging technologies. Attend industry events, visit customers & become a "Voice of the Customer" + Research new business opportunities; develop & present business cases for new product offerings/improvements to existing products + Develop a strong market awareness resulting from ongoing customer and industry interaction. Possess excellent communication and leadership skills in order to guide the teams in delivering quality products with an outstanding customer experience + Work with the compliance team to anticipate regulatory changes that affect the platform + Analyze user feedback and data from the existing digital platform and combine these insights with market analysis to drive platform strategy + Establish actionable and measurable plans, working with internal teams to achieve the Release Plan for the product(s) based on an understanding of our customer(s) needs awareness and market vision + Work closely with agile technology teams to ensure the stakeholders' business goals are communicated effectively and solutions are delivered on time **Experience:** + Minimum of five years of Product Management experience in a financial software company preferably with lending, commercial lending and/or mortgage experience. Prefer candidates who came up through software development, QA or in a technical business analyst role + Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related discipline; OR, equivalent professional experience + A demonstrable understanding of marketing in the software product development industry and knowledge of software development lifecycles and activities, particularly Agile + Mange product backlog (JIRA preferred). Work closely with Scrum Master, Development/QA teams and Business Analysts + Strong understanding of Microsoft stack of technologies and understanding of cloud/SaaS (Azure) + Ability to synthesize complex ideas and concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical addressees + A passion about your work with a strong desire to learn, grow and make a differenceEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWolters Kluwer U.
